We are raising a glass to summer produce with this Cucumber Peach Salad that pairs perfectly with Giesen Wines 0% Sauvignon Blanc or Giesen Wines Estate Sauvignon Blanc!

Ingredients
- 1/2 C red onion, diced
- 3 C Persian cucumbers, chopped
- 2 white peaches, chopped
- 1/2 C parsley, diced
- 1 avocado, chopped
- 2 TB olive oil
- 1 TB Ume plum vinegar
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a large serving bowl and mix.
- Serve chilled.
