Description

Giesen 0% Rosé is crafted from premium New Zealand fruit selected from Marlborough and Waipara. Marlborough brings freshness and vibrant acidity, while Waipara contributes lifted aromatics and balance.

Aromas of white peach, apple and fresh strawberries lead into a palate layered with crisp cranberry and stone fruit flavours. Light and refreshing, with a lively dry finish, it is made for long lunches, shared platters and easy afternoons.

Winemaking

We select a mix of aromatic whites and red grape varieties to create premium, full-strength Rosé. Using spinning cone technology, we gently remove the aroma and then the alcohol, then recombine the aroma in the final blend to keep the wine aromatically expressive.

“I've come to get used to AF wine not tasting like wine. Sort of resigned myself to it. As a rosè lover I've found most of them to be too sweet, but drink them nonetheless in my quest to cut down on alcohol. Bought this in store the other day, and just opened it. Nice and cold .. and crisp!! Whaaaaat?! I was genuinely suprised - this would easily substitute for a regular rosè at a long lazy summer lunch.”
