Description

Giesen 0% Sauvignon Blanc is crafted from premium New Zealand fruit sourced from Marlborough and Waipara. Marlborough delivers the vibrant aromatics and varietal intensity the region is known for, while Waipara brings balance and softness to the palate.

On the nose, delicate aromas of fresh lime, redcurrant and lemon shortbread lead into flavours of citrus, blackcurrant and passionfruit. The finish is crisp and dry, with juicy brightness that keeps the wine lively and refreshing. Light, fresh and invigorating, it is made for any occasion when you want the full wine experience, without the after-effects.

Winemaking
We make premium, full-strength New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc first, then use spinning cone technology to gently remove the aroma and then the alcohol. The collected aroma is recombined to maintain the wine’s distinctive nose, delivering a dry, refreshing style.
