Description

Giesen 0% Riesling is crafted from premium fruit sourced from Marlborough and Waipara. Marlborough brings vibrant citrus drive, while Waipara contributes lifted florals and structure.

Aromas of lime, citrus blossom and elderflower open into a palate of zingy lime and ripe mandarin. Gentle sweetness is balanced by crisp acidity, creating a lively, refreshing wine that feels bright and complete.

Winemaking

We create premium, full-strength New Zealand Riesling, then use spinning cone technology to gently remove the aroma and alcohol. The delicate aroma is collected and recombined in the final blend to keep the varietal character intact.
