GREEN TEA & RASPBERRY SPRITZ

Giesen 0% Sauvignon Blanc Alcohol-free Cocktail


Ingredients


  • 80ml Giesen 0% Sauvignon Blanc

  • 15ml Green tea & raspberry syrup (*see below)

  • 30ml Soda Water

  • Raspberry & Lime Peel

* Green tea & raspberry syrup

- 2 Green Tea bags

- 5 Raspberries

- 500g Sugar

- 250ml water


Green Tea & Raspberry Syrup Method

1. Soak Green Tea bags in cold water for 30 seconds & remove.

2. Bring 250ml water to a boil & add 2 Green Tea bags. Leave to simmer for 3-5mins, then remove teabags from heat.

3. Add 500g sugar & 5 raspberries (crushed) to the boiled water. Mix till thoroughly dissolved.

4. Once cooled, strain off raspberries and teabags and pour them into a wine glass.


Method


1. Pour the green tea & raspberry syrup into a glass with ice.

2. Add the Giesen 0% Sauvignon Blanc & stir well.

3. Top with soda water, then garnish and ENJOY!
