An Alcohol-free Cocktail Recipe featuring Giesen 0% Pinot Grigio
60ml Giesen 0% Pinot Grigio
15ml Kiwifruit & basil syrup (*see below)
15ml Lime juice
20ml Fresh apple juice
30ml Soda water
Apple fan & basil leaf (garnish)
* Kiwifruit and Basil Syrup Ingredients
6-10 Basil leaves
Kiwifruit & Basil Syrup Method
Blend 2 kiwifruit & basil leaves.
Bring 250ml water to a boil, turn heat to medium-low & add the kiwi basil puree.
Mix for 30 secs, then add 500g sugar.
Stir well until dissolved.
Pour Giesen 0% Pinot Grigio, kiwifruit & basil syrup, lime juice & apple juice into a cocktail shaker.
Shake well & pour into a tall glass with ice.
Top with soda water, garnish with an apple fan & basil leaf and ENJOY!
