Cucumber & Peach Salad Recipe

We are raising a glass to summer produce with this Cucumber

Peach Salad that pairs perfectly with Giesen Wines 0% Sauvignon

Ingredients

1/2 C red onion, diced

3 C Persian cucumbers, chopped

2 white peaches, chopped

1/2 C parsley, diced

1 avocado, chopped

2 TB olive oil

1 TB Ume plum vinegar

1 lime, juiced

Salt to taste

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a large serving bowl and mix.

2. Serve chilled.
